I noticed another LIS blooper which you might find interesting. At the beginning of the episode "The Space Trader", Dr Smith is creating his masterpiece and proudly displaying it to John and Don.
John grabs the painting and turns it around apparently trying to make head or tail of it and then returns it to Dr Smith who replaces it on the easel. However, what was originally the top of the painting is now pointing to Dr Smith's left instead of straight up!
